Alkota Manufacturing Co, Inc. founded by Glen Danielson

1983
September 7 - Assets of Alkota Manufacturing Co, Inc. purchased by former Electro-Magic employees Charles Amant, Joe Bjorkman, Gene Bowling, Gary Mount, Gary Scott, James Scott, and Wayne Woodward. New entity Alkota Cleaning Systems, Inc. created.

1984
Alkota introduced the Cleaning Crew product line of vertical fired hot high-pressure washers. This has become one of the most successful lines of pressure washers in the industry.

1988
Alkota introduced a new line of skid-mounted gasoline engine drive and diesel engine drive hot high-pressure washers that are economical and high quality.

1996
Alkota introduced a new design for gas-fired hot high-pressure washers that has become the standard for the industry.

1999
March - Spell Capital Partners purchased shares of Alkota Cleaning Systems, Inc. making them majority shareholder.

2000
February - Alkota purchased the assets of Electro-Magic and merged its production into the Alcester facilities.

June - Alkota purchased the assets of All American Cleaning Systems and merged its production into the Alcester facilities.

September - Alkota introduced the redesigned Gas Fired Series, making it even more popular than in the past.

2001
December - Construction was completed on a new 7500 square foot office facility that became the Alkota corporate headquarters the first day of 2002.

2002
January - Major remodeling work began in the Alkota manufacturing facilities to support expanded production and better serve customer needs.

September - Alkota introduced the X4 line of portable, hot high-pressure washers which will be widely copied in the industry.

2004
March - Alkota purchased the assets of Whitco, Inc. after a tragic fire destroyed the Whitco factory in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Production of the Whitco product line was merged into the Alcester facilities.

2005
March - Alkota introduced a comprehensive line of superior cleaning detergents for the pressure washer industry.

2006
February - Alkota welcomed a new partner in the Bradford Equities group, which purchased Alkota's shares from Spell Capital.
